Your tax-deductible financial contributions help to sustain the programs and services in support of Health Hope Network's mission. There are many ways you can make financial contributions to the Health Hope Network:

Cash Donation
Health Hope Network accepts ANY amount that contributors feel is within their budget to give. We suggest incremented amounts between $35 and $1,000, but certainly welcome donations far and above that!

The United Way
Many workplaces provide employees with the opportunity to give to our community through the United Way. You can designate your donation for Health Hope Network by using our agency code: 3964. Or you can make your donation to our Stroke Survivor Connection Program by using its agency code: 1452036.

Memorial and Gift Donations
Many contributors choose to give a gift as a thoughtful rememberance of one deceased or in a tribute to the living.

Will and Estate Donations
Some contributors include the VNF in their will.

The Health Hope Network began with volunteers committed to meeting the health needs of those in their community. Some of the many ways in which you can volunteer with the Health Hope Network include:

Volunteer Spotlight
The Visiting Nurse Foundation (VNF) recently announced that fifteen volunteers will be recognized for their outstanding volunteer work with the VNF in the past year. Volunteers will be honored at the VNF's Volunteer Appreciation Tea April 30, 2003.
